We are state-of-the-art Laboratory with a modernistic approach to customer service. Our lab is equipped with technology from leading international manufacturers such as Roche Diagnostics, Randox Laboratories and Beckman Coulter. Our laboratory testing services includes Haematology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, Drugs of Abuse, Relationship testing and PCR testing for infectious diseases.
Convenient results
You can access your rest results online via our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). These results are available on your mobile phone or computer. We can also send results directly to your healthcare provider at your request. You can request a hard copy of your results that you may collect at our facility.
You determine how we should communicate with you to ensure that your information remains private and confidential. When your results have been validated by our laboratory personnel, you will receive an email at the email you designate from us letting you know that your lab test results are available. You can request that you are contacted via a phone call or text message.
Emergency Testing
We provide special emergency services 24hours a day, 7 days a week. Our emergency services include home visits, onsite sample collection, workplace drug testing, immediate delivery of results.
Client Confidentiality
At Bloodworx Limited, we take every measure that we can to keep our clients’ information safe and confidential. Sharing of client information is controlled both internally and externally. This means that we not only restrict the access to your information with persons outside of our company but also within our company.
